I have a parent, 89. has a last will and testamemt, (wanted all he had divided in 2). One daughter, put her name on his bank accounts, and has poa, and was supposed to be executor of will. The sibling has been using the parents accounts heavily, even had the parents home reversed morgaged and has been using the $ from that $80,000 worth of it. the parent is not 100% competent, but not diagnosed and if the parent becames fully aware of what was done would prob be too much to handle and infirmiate and cause the parent to fail "term" from emotional distress. what can be done legally? Is this criminal what the sibling has done? Lets say to spare the parent, is there anything that can be done after the parent is deceased legally? All feedback welcome!
