I have a hard lump on the back left of my neck?

The lump is about pea sized maybe even bigger and I am concerned because it has been there for weeks. I dont know if any of the symptoms I have relate

The lump is about pea sized maybe even bigger and I am concerned because it has been there for weeks. I don't know if any of the symptoms I have relate to the lump but I suddenly become exhausted all the time and occasionally have upper back pain. I am very active and healthy with the exception of a few stomach issues and am only 17. Please help

or:You shouldn't panic, as there might be a perfectly reasonably explanation for your symptoms but you need to see a doctor as soon as possible to figure out what's going on.I hope that you're okay :)
