I have a lobby front desk. When the door opens, all of my work flys around. Any suggestions?

or:It's called a paperweight. You can get decorative paperweights made specifically for the purpose, or you can use any convenient object.

or:You could use a paperweight, as the other person suggested. If you don't want to put weights on all your papers though, maybe you could put up decorative things on the edge of your desk to block the wind. Like a desk plate, plants, desk organizer, pictures, and other various knickknacks.
