I have a small pea sized lump on the back ish left side of my neck. It is kind of soft not?

It hasn't grown in size and I'm pretty sure it's the only one that I can feel. I ended up looking it up on Google.... so about 2 weeks ago I went to a doctor he said it was fine but did a blood count. He said I had a count in April of 19 for WBCs but now in september it's back down to normal. He said that it was fine didn't even check my neck or ask questions. So I went to another doctor.... she asked a few questions but nothing really and said it's nothing but she will send me for an ultrasound in a few months. I did have small red bumps appear a few months ago and have night sweats but have not come back since. I'm 6 months pregnant and now and I have really bad anxiety . I'm terrified the doctors aren't caring enough to do anything but i need to be here for my baby's life!!!! Why haven't they tested me!!!!!!!! I've been twice and no one has done anything! Should I worry am I OK is this lymphoma??????

or:is it a different color? I have a \"strawberry\" mark that is red, it has been there since I was a baby and its a birth mark.
