I am using excel, and I want to be able to reference this table from another table, in which i type in the increments and it automatically puts in the corresponding weight. I know that this is probably a logical formula with IF and OR but i have not been able to figure out how to make the formula. Any help would be much appreciated.

or:It sounds as though you need the VLOOKUP function. You select the value from one row in a column and it returns the data from the corresponding row in another column.
