I have set my apn to fast T-Mobile and my network is on global all the posts I read said that it's unlocked for all carriers is this true or do I have to unlock it? any help please

or:you might have to either all the provider you have the phone under and talk to them if it says all carriers then it might have to be unlocked it would be nice to have a phone that does all of that if you have problems with it i would contact the provider and see if something can be done
