I have bleach blonde hair & my hair has become damaged (broken) How do I make it healthier?

I have been bleaching my hair blonde for a number of years and over the last few months have noticed that my hair has become broken. I don't want this to keep happening so I think I'm going to stop bleaching my hair blonde. I don't like my natural hair colour so I'm thinking of dying my hair a light brown. I know that no hair dye is particularly healthy but would brown hair be slightly healthier than blonde?

or:Often simple things as taking it for a walk, or just bathing in a vegemite and milk concoction will do it wonders. Also, using high quality, all purpose solvent will ensure that your hair does not break (prevention, not cure! :P). Please post a photo for further reference, hope this helped!

or:You don't have to darken your hair if you love being blonde, being blonde comes with maintenance right down to the products. Products you are using are very important. our suggestion for you is to find a salon near you that carries the brand - Kevin Murphy. They use skin care techonology in thier products and they are rich in antioxidants and botanicals to help strengthen and nurture your hair.
