... chest that is stopping me breathing deeply, it feels like the weight is holding my chest down. The feeling gets worse when I am nervous and when I am doing exercise. The doctor said my heart is fine, but he also said that oxygen levels are very high. And my osteopath said that she thinks it is a rib cartilage problem, and she said it could be tieze syndrome but she is nit certain and did not diagnose me. When it gets bad I feel like i can feel and hear my heart beating. Does anyone have any experience with this, or know of any treatments or anything I can do to help it? Thanks :)
