I have a blocked nose constantly every single day . I'm 13 and I have had this problem since I was about 9 . My dad has the exact same problem but he has broken his nose twice and I have never broken mine . I have to use this spray which unblocks my nose but only for about 4 hours and I wake up in the middle of the night from a blocked nose as I can't sleep with it . I have tried blowing my nose but nothing comes out however sometimes blood comes out which is obviously not normal but my dad said there's nothing we can do. Please help me

or:Try talking to a Doctor. You might just have to set an alarm and get up to unclog your nose. Best of luck!
