How do i get rid of this message,it says my home page has been changed by another application my homepage hasnt changed. It says Revert to my previous

How do i get rid of this message,it say's my home page has been changed by another application my homepage hasn't changed. It says Revert to my previous homepage or continue with the new homepage.I clicked on to my previous homepage but the message keeps coming back.can anyone help?
