I have the windows 8 laptop and the camera is acting slow?

3 days ago the camera started actin slow. my up dates are complete. i tried to fix it in setting but i couldnt find anything that would fix it. please

or:I also have a windows 8 as my OS in my laptop and yes it is kinda slow although I clean it up and re-format it again so I am really not sure if it is really just that slow but in regards with your camera try re-installing it again or make sure that it is right if that is a built in try using other webcam
