I have TMJ and its causing severe nausea, is there a way to stop this? thnx?

I have had TMJ a while now and have previously had a flare up where I was throwing up at least once a day for a week, its now really started to flare

I have had TMJ a while now and have previously had a flare up where I was throwing up at least once a day for a week, its now really started to flare up again and I don't really want to be the toilets best friend for a week again, has anyone got any remidies/exercises they find help with the nausea?
