I just donated blood today but I've had a cold. Do I need to cancel my donation?

I barley have a cold now, just a slight cough that is not bothersome whatsoever. Is this dangerous for the recipient? Will Red Cross be able to see if

or:No need to call. A slight cold will not be dangerous for the recipient, they test for blood diseases such as HIV or Hepatitis C amongst others, not for a slight cold. As long as you felt ok after blood donation and not felt faint or weak, then all is ok.
