or:I'm assuming that you are still a teenager and that this is possibly one of your first periods? The heaviness of your flow will very greatly over the next few years, and sometimes your period will be nothing more than a little spotting, while other times it could be quite heavy. If you aren't bleeding much, don't put in a tampon as it is awful to pull out a dry tampon. You are probably just having a very light period, which is completely normal. If you're still worried about it, go see a gynecologist about it, but honestly you're probably just having a light flow.
