or:Technically what your saying is he's 19 and your 16 it is illegal but it shouldn't really matter if your parents are OK with it if they are then that means that there will be no charges pressed against him. Trust me I dated a super senior(19yr old) my freshman year(14yr old) I also had to study up but in this case I'm a guy that was gonna be the \"accuser.\" Oh but if your parents aren't OK with it you are a minor and they can press charges on him without your consent.
