... time getting caught up with my husband being in construction. We are not behind on our rent. Our neighbors are nice enough to help and let us run a power cord they have no problem. He has not served us with a 30 day notice and said he's coming Sunday to pull the cords and if we plug them back in he will call police. Does he have the right to do this being the neighbors have no problem with it?

or:It sounds like he doesn't want anybody to have something their getting from somebody else no he doesn't have a right to do that. If someone else said you could use it have the guy your using the cord with talk to him this might straighten it out..
