He is/was a very strange but well loved ruler(not sure if he was a mayor,prime minister,etc) I don't think he ever wore a suit and he came from an interesting background and was not very formal. I think I remember him being a red head or brunette. He supported LGBT and had a long pintrest Tumblr post about how awesome he was and about how not many people knew about him.He was probably in charge within the last 10-20 years
