Ok so, I'm starting track this Monday. I'm a 13 yearold girl, 5'3 and I weigh 145 pounds, I want to be able to be down to 110-120 pounds before summer, is there any diets I could do, or websites I can visit that dont make me pay or give me a bunch of crap? Or any other ideas?

or:Just try to cut out all junk foods and exercise daily even with practices. I have to do the same thing. I started track last week and im 13, 5'6, and 160 pounds. Unfortunately, I'm unable to lose weight.
