I need help with anger issues?

I have really bad anger problems and it is getting harder to control them. Simply breathing deep, thinking it out, and trying to calm down doesnt work

I have really bad anger problems and it is getting harder to control them. Simply breathing deep, thinking it out, and trying to calm down doesn't work anymore. Does anyone know of physical ways and things i can do to prevent anger or control it in the moment?
