Terminex came to my house to do a treatment for spiders. A small percentage of the cost was to Terminex. I paid it. The rest was to a company called SMAC, they financed my service. Whats the worse that can happen to me if i do not pay the finance company the $500 that i owe them?

or:It sounds to me like you have no contract with this company. That means you don't owe them anything. If that is not correct, then they will take you to court. So you need to figure out what is your status in this, whether you owe or you don't.
