I play volleyball and when I don't hit the ball my teammates get angry. What do I do?

or:you shoudent cear abaute that why because you are trying do not get mad because they are going to be meaner . you shode seay that if I wasent good than why am I hear.
or:you need to call the ball. always go for it. it isn't acceptable to let it hit the floor. if necessary, you hit the floor before it does. your teammates shouldn't be rude to you about it but it is good that they are trying to hold you accountable for it. you should do the same for them. but instead of making them feel the way they make you feel, treat them with respect and build up their confidence. encourage them and in turn, they will encourage you.
