or:I think might be an issue with graphic drivers. a. if you have the latest video drivers from Gigabyte for you Motherboardb. if you are using a discrete (separate) video card (like nvidia) check for proper drivers from that manufacturer are installed for itc. also updating Directx (if you are using windows) might help
