It's completely ruined my life, especially my relationship with my partner & work. It's got to the point where I am questioning everything and it's very hard to believe in anything else but my negative thoughts. I can't keep a normal pattern going because I keep falling into the same slump & repeating a constant loop. I take anti-depressants which help to some extent, but I need something more to also overcome it- so I can live normally and be off medication.
