I take perscribed ADD meds, I took them late and now I can not sleep what can I take to help me?

Hi, I'm 15 I take ADD medication to help me concentrate in school, it is prescribed. Usually I only take it on weekdays because I don't need it on weekends. Since it is Spring Break I have been off of it, today I had hockey. I'm a goalie and it helps me concentrate. I took it this morning but later than usually around 11am- noon. and now it is 3am and i can not sleep, is there anything I can do or take to help me sleep?

or:On weekends I also take it no later then 11:30am and I don't seem to have trouble getting to sleep. I know that mine lasts for 8ish hours. Probably the same with you. Its probably just one of those days where you cant fall asleep. Thinking about it will only make you more awake so just try not to.
