Okay, so I've had a really itchy head for a while now ... I've been around a lot of friends and they havent had an itchy head or anything ... I'm very clean with my hair ... I wash it every day! Well yesterday I noticed when my hair was wet (I have blond hair so it's hard to see) I could see white specks almost egg looking and there's multiple on one strand of hair. What could it be???

or:it could be dry flaky skin mabe its a condition you get it might be that you need to go purchase lice shampoo and get it taken care of this way you'll know for sure if thats what it is it comes with a nit comb but if you had lice they would be mostley where your hair stay warm around your ears under the neck line you would see alot of them get the shampoo you'll probably will have to do at least two shampoos before their gone
