Okay so I'm a middle school female. I've been depressed. I've been told to talk to someone. But I don't trust anyone. But my English and reading female teachers seem trustworthy. BUT I'm kinda crushing on both of them. I'm never comfortable with talking to males. So me having crushes on them makes me very shy..So is there something I can do to show them I want their attention and I'm depressed without saying anything. Please answer. I'm dying to know how.
