I want to submit that video to someone who has experience in studying human behaviour and can determine what qualities different members of the team are exhibiting. Is one person standing back and allowing others to do things? Is someone taking a leadership position but not following through on leading the group? Is someone hyper competitive and how do they react to failure/success?
Im not sure what kind of qualification this person would have and how exactly i would verify that qualification. Obviously there may be some charge involved but is there somewhere that offers this service online? Thanks.
