I would be grateful to be explained how to compare citescore (CS) and impact factor (IF)?

I have read and understood how they are calculated but i would enjoy some more clarity. In an empirical basis firstly, and an "objective" secondly, what is a relatively high IF and CS and what is very low (extremely unlikely to be seen)? As a nascent scientist should I be aiming on something in the middle? If so then what is that numerical value of IF and CS.
