or:i would lose weight then lift or you could do both together which is probably better cause if you do one then you could work to firm up the loose skin from the weight you would lose this is so much better they say to eat healthy cut the sugar walk about 30 minutes a day try fiber it to makes alot of difference health fruits and vegetables watching carbs and your calorie intake cut down on soda eat porportioned meals then you will be off to a good start
