If it is black, it could either be an excessive birth mark, or whats called a black pimple, it is a harmless saturated pimple. If however, it has an abnormal shape and is black, you may want a doctor to take a look at it. There's a possibility it could be cancer. Also, when did you first notice this pimple?
or:in a few days it should build up then squeeze infection out and should be ok.
