I'm 16 years old, my hair is falling out and I dont know why?

I tried to find answers, i got my blood tested and they said i had low vitamin D in my system so i started taking vitamins, didn't help. I went to a dermatologist and they tried to convince me i had stress which was causing my hair loss so they gave me Bethamethasone Valerate which are drops they gave me to put in my hair after i shower, also Ketoconcaole shampoo which was supposed to make my hair thicker and less thin. None of those worked and i still don't have a solution. Before, my hair loss was never noticeable but now i have to hide where my hair is thin. There is no specific area where i'm losing hair, i have a lot of dandruff not too extreme but there is a lot. I need answers or possibilities to what this could be because i'm left in the dark at the moment and in confusion as to why this might be happening.

or:You don't mention the most important factor: male or female? If you are male, hereditary baldness sets in about age 16 to 18. Otherwise, if the experts don't know anything, it is quite likely that nobody else does either.
