... unhappy living with my dad, but recently I've been very miserable. My stepmom and I have irreconcilable differences that I've already been to counseling for with no benefit. My dad knows about me being miserable there and claims that because he chases my schooling around I have to live with him, but I have a perfectly great mother with multiple kids already who can take care of my school, she already drops me off and picks me up almost every day and she's very willing to be even more involved in my school if that's what it takes. My mom is afraid to go to court to fight for me cause she thinks my dads school excuse might make him win. My mom is more financially able to take care of me and our relationship is very close. I'm extremely miserable having to live with my dad for half the week, every week. Can I live with my mom? How do I do that? Would a judge favor me and my mom, or my dad? Please help

or:you know i think the judge would listen to your mom more then you think he would the judge would put you with the parent that would have better chances of a safe enviroment and all you would do is have your mom talk to your dad about you coming to live with her you would benefit greatly from that judge would see all your dad needs to do is sign over guardianship to your mom our go through the courts
