I am planning to laser hair remove them in many places when I turn 18, but that is far ahead. A thing that I have been wishing is to shave my upper arms and shoulders, but is it okay?

or:I think epillation is better. Shaving causes blunt hair regrowth and can cause rash and inflame follicles.
