or:no i would want to know what happens if one passes away so no your not wrong it would go to the persons estate who ever is at the head of the estate would have the say from there if something needs to be done with the house if something happens to you it would go to the next person on the estate it might be your mom if your dad dies it could be your dad if your mom dies if something happened to you and they were gone to it would be siblings or your wife or children
