I'm having the worse pains in my lower stomach iv been on the toilet for almost 2 hours now What?

or:sounds like a stomach virus or food poisoning. make sure you keep on drinking liquids - lots of them, so you will not get dehydrated. If this doesn't stop soon - get to a doctor

or:for sure your not constipated because your coming back again and again in the bathroom, if your into taking try taking up loperamide but if doesnt work maybe there some problem with the food or water you intake it might be contaminated with germs or virus that causes what you feel and if that is the case go to the doctor
