I have no motivation I used to be very strong but I'm not anymore. I feel like I need to get my grades up because i might fail, I used to be called smart and get great grades by the way. I feel like I need to take care of my self more and I have so much time on my hands but instead of improving i fall back and procrastinate my work or just sit and watch some anime? please Help me

or:I'm no expert at this kind of stuff, but I can kind of relate. I would suggest maybe setting up a schedule so you actually know what to do, and if you feel like you don't want to follow it, remind yourself of the potential negative consequences due to your actions. Set certain goals that you feel obligated to achieve, like \"Okay, I'll study for 30 minutes for that Mandarin assessment coming up!\" That probably sounds really cheesy and you've heard a million times already but it works. I'm literally forced by my parents to study at least one hour and a half during the weekdays and a total of nine hours during the weekend, and those A's and A+'s just can stop rolling in :)My parents also don't allow me to watch stuff that's \"not educational\" during the weekdays and limit me to it during the weekends. Usually when I get bad grades at something I suddenly get alert and it forces me to kick up into high gear for that certain class, but that's just me.
