I'm not sure what to do about this?

I'm going on holiday the 2nd & 3rd week in January. The trip is totally paid, so for me to cancel out, I'd lose a lot of money. I've been looking forward to this holiday since last April, but one thing is really nagging at me, & I don't think I can speak to the other party about it. First of all, she has changed things for Christmas, which means I'll be alone..but the one thing that's bothering me about the holiday is the fact that she's lazy...she'll go to bed at 11pm, but doesn't really want to get up at 7.30. She says "I get my best sleep in the mornings". She's overly conscious about things around her, & says her cat pounding on her bedroom door awakens her. Ya, really. She snores louder than a freight-train then has the nerve to say that I woke her up a few times.
I don't want to be the one who's going to the pool to ensure we have a spot...& it would also mean I'd have breakfast alone. For sure, this is NOT what I want. She's very difficult to speak with regarding some things, & will become defensive.What do I do?

or:It depends. You obviously want to go but you don't know about her. You should ask her honestly \"do you want to go\" and work on up from there.
