I've been getting discharge and I wanted to ask my mom for liners or something but I'm too scared?

Ive been getting discharge for a while now and I think Im ready for liners but Im too afraid to ask my mom every time I try I get nervous or speechles

I've been getting discharge for a while now and I think I'm ready for liners but I'm too afraid to ask my mom every time I try I get nervous or speechless, I want to tell her but I'm afraid she will say no. My mom has mentioned it before and then the topic was like POOF gone!
what do I do? HELP!

or:i started getting discharge around 10 years old but didnt start using liners until 12 years old. its ok if your nervous, but if your mom does your laundry she will most likely notice anyways. your mom has had her period and probably discharge too, so try taking a breath and saying \u201chey mom can i talk to u?\u201d good luck :)
