If I do basics in college & graduate, & go to another college later on, do I have to do basics again

Lets say I go to a community college for 2 years, to do my basics. And after I graduate I go to another college to study what I want, would I have to

Lets say I go to a community college for 2 years, to do my basics. And after I graduate I go to another college to study what I want, would I have to take my basic classes all over again in that new college, or do I go straight to the classes I need to pursue my career?
