or:It depends on the year that you and he were born. If you were born in the same year or if you were born in a later year (i.e. If you were born in 2000 and he was born in 1998), then he is older than you. If you were born at an earlier year than he was (i.e. If you were born in 1999 and he was born in 2001), then he is younger than you.
