If Im 17 (18 in 5 months) can I move out in the state of florida?

My mom doesnt treat me right, shes emotionally abusive and so on. I dont really care to go into detail. But im pretty much not going to be able to make it in life if im stuck there. So if she gives me permission over text or facebook, or maybe even over writeing can i move out?. And what if she changes her mind (she has mood swings, when i live with her she tells me to get my shit and leave but when i do she calls cops and say im a runaway) how do i get it to where she cant just keep changeing her mind

or:You can move out any time. If the cops pick you up then it becomes a question of who wants to pay for a ticket to send you back. If you are close to the age of majority, or if they think you will just run away again, then nobody wants to pay for a bus ticket and they let you go. Just don't ever get caught stealing anything.
