If my mom gets charged with welfare fraud could I also get into legal trouble?

Okay so my mom and dad have been cheating the welfare system for almost five years, she says theyre separated but still married and that he lives somewhere else when infact he lives with me and my two siblings and doesn't report his income, I have worked also in the past few years off and on for a few months and she also has not reported what I've gotten when I did work. I think she would say I moved out when I started working then when I quite would say I moved back in for insurance purposes. We had also moved out of state recently and continued to get cash & food stamps but ended up moving back. Recently she has gotten some weird phonecalls from the welfare office and is scared their onto her but if they catch her will I also be in trouble since I'm 20 and she has not been reporting how much I'm making? Also what will happen to her since she is disabled and gets social security, she can't work anymore so will they garnish her or my father? Or both? Could they face jail time? Could I?
