We went to a casino with good friends, I spotted a ticket on the ground and ask her to pick it up since she was closer... It was only for 2 dollars and she said "good cause if it was for more she would have kept it since it was hers" .... I believe since I directed her to pick it up it was mine. I know it is reasonable to split whatever the amount was, but the question is: WHO do you think OWNS the ticket.

or:Well first it was technically the person who bought the lottery ticket would be the owner so known of you owned it BUT if you tell someone to pick something up THEN it's technically the person that said pick it up so you would have owned it But the real answer is neither of you becuase the person that's lottery ticket it was probably didn't just go stroll around put there ticket on the floor then walk away no they probably dropped it so that's my answer but it's also just my opinion the person that bought it should have owner whip over it

or:You because you're the one who saw it.

or:The person who bought the lottery ticket is the main owner of the lottery. Now you have the ownership.
