or:You really cannot porposly get a growth spout. Growth spouts are natural, but you will just have to wait. Even so, I'm 11 and about 5 ft tall. You probably pretty tall for your age. You will just have to wait.

It is very hard to determine your future height, but I calculated your future height based on your parents height 165+173 subtracted 13 and divided by 2, the result was 160 and you will reach your final height within 10 cm of this result so I doubt you'll grow to 175 cm. Besides when you're a girl you're usually shorter than your dad and taller than your mom. But you're only 14 so there is always a chance, try to practice any sport such as volleyball and try to eat right. Hope this helps
