or:well mabe should make arrangements to pay them even if its small payments if your on social security they can't take money out of social security at least thats what i have heard it would stop that from happening they can call you and give you a bad time over things constantley harrasing you just like a collection agency if its student loans or something like that you have to pay them back its goverment
