or:It could be a gluten allergy or just something you've been eating. Try eating only anti-inflammatory and low inflammatory foods for a few weeks, like broiled meat, vegetables and fruit. Don't eat sweets, treats, and comfort food like ice cream, coffee, or alcohol. And cut wheat, rye, and barley out of your diet completely, just for three weeks to a month. It could make all the difference. Is it a just a bloated full feeling or is there actual pain?

or:It could be something simple, like stress. Having anxiety problems doesn't help either. Stress effects your health in many ways. Try adjusting your diet to non-inflammatory type foods and find a exercise routine, I do weight lifting and some cardio every day and don't forget to drink water. These foods are high in Omega 3 like fish, if you don't like fish you can take the red Omega 3 pills at least once per day or as instructed. other omega 3 rich foods include walnuts and leafy green vegetables.Increasing your daily fiber intake will also help, try having one cup or one half cup of natural Quakers oatmeal with at least one half cup of blueberries or strawberries and don't eat white bread. Eat either multi-grain breads or 100% whole wheat breads. You should also lower the amount of processed/packaged foods you eat. This includes frozen foods and foods that are high sugar and above all, you shouldn't eat as much fast foods either. You can still have fast food but not a big meal, I only order a mcflury or a small fries and a diet soda no more than once per week.My favorite health website to visit is WWW.livestrong.com you can find all of this information and tones more. Sorry for the long read.
