Im in a special forces unit and we don't do the traing I expected. It's too easy. What to do?

or:if it's too easy then you should keep doing the training. unless you really want to train alone then normal combat would be better. but i'd rather stay in special forces. i can't join the military because i was born with a heart defect but if i was able to i would try to join the navy seals or the air force.
