or:Main achievements: I sorted the money every day and made sure it all went into the proper accounts. Only a very very small percentage (like < 0.5%) ever made it into the wrong account. I made sure all my workers were working optimally and that means they were working at least 6.75 hours a day on sorting the accounts. Only 3% of my workers ever made a mistake and those mistakes only totaled 0.9% of our yearly revenue; a very very small percentage of total revenue.I made sure my boss knew that I was sorting the accounts and I made sure he knew that it was me who achieved a very very small percentage of mistakes. My boss said I was the hardest operation supervisor to work with.I achieved a class D rating (out of 70) on my performance review. None of my workers achieved a lower rating and my boss said it was the hardest rating he had ever submitted.I never missed any meeting my boss held in the lower \"caged\" office.I communicated with other operation supervisors informing them of my passing time. Most of their time was wasted. Most of their percentage losses was just as good as mine but the error ratio on my losses could not be determined which lended credibility towards making the case of a higher percentage loss for me and my workers.I have never spoken with other banks or potential competitors like I have with my bank and my bank's competitors.
