I badly sprained my ankle on the outside about two months ago in volleyball. I'm playing again now and I have it taped but it doesn't hurt where I sprained it anymore, it hurts on the top, inside, and on the side of my heel. Someone help!?

or:Pain can spread and move around. For instance you could have hurt your knee and then start having back problems. There's a possibility you may have fractured or torn something. I would make an appointment with physician.
