Hello. Recently I bought items from ebay, 3 times from the same seller, 2 times I haven't received the bought item and once I got only the part of the item. Now I want to open a case, but the seller threaten to apply an investigation on ebay, to check whether I am a cheater or not. What should I do, what really investigate eBay? Thanks
